Patrick Osborne is the head of Learning Design & Infrastructure and AVP Manager, Learning at OppenheimerFunds, Inc. During Patrick’s over 20 years’ experience in the industry, he has implemented successful learning initiatives targeting Mobile and Social Learning, Ethics, Organizational Culture, FINRA Licensure, Financial Services Industry and Investment Product Knowledge, Regulatory Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Patrick received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado and a Master’s degree in Educational and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University.  Patrick has spoken both live and online at various ATD, MLearn, and SHRM events.
